AP Housekeepers ("we," "us," "our") operates aphousekeepersmiami.com and provides house cleaning and related services across Miami-Dade and Broward County. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use our site or book a cleaning, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the job — service type, home size, preferred date and time, any add-ons, and notes you provide.
Payments
Deposits and balances are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and is PCI‑DSS compliant. We keep a record of the amount charged and the booking it relates to.
How we use your information
- To schedule and deliver your cleaning
- To send booking confirmations and receipts
- To contact you about your appointment, by phone, email, or WhatsApp/text
- To calculate accurate pricing for your job
Where your information is stored
Booking and customer information is stored in a secure database (Supabase). Access is restricted to AP Housekeepers staff who need it to run the business, protected by a passcode.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, general region, device type. This tool does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing khader.aphousekeepers@gmail.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can, though some information, such as payment records, may need to be kept for accounting or legal reasons.
Children's privacy
Our services and website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
