These terms apply when you book a cleaning through aphousekeepersmiami.com or use our services. By booking with AP Housekeepers, you agree to them.

Booking and deposit

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment, paid securely online by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed. Prices shown online are estimates based on the details you provide; your final price is confirmed at booking and may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the property differs materially from what was described.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or a missed appointment where our team cannot access the property, may not be eligible for a deposit refund. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Access to your home

Please make sure our team can access the property at the scheduled time — in person, via a door code, key, or building management. If we're unable to gain access, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Satisfaction guarantee

If something about your clean isn't right, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost. This guarantee covers the quality of the clean and does not cover pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Promo codes

Promo codes (such as AP86) apply only where stated — currently a first-visit discount on recurring service — and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Liability

Our team is insured and background-checked. We take care with your home and belongings, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of unusual value left out during a cleaning. Please secure or point out anything fragile or irreplaceable before we arrive.

Service area

We serve Miami-Dade and Broward County. If your address falls outside our usual service area, contact us before booking to confirm availability.

Use of this website

You agree to use aphousekeepersmiami.com only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading booking information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
